I am going to attempt to make this review as spoiler-free as possible, though if it appears in trailers, it may be mentioned here. This is the 11th Star Trek movie, and in many ways, a reboot. It takes us back to the earliest days of the Starfleet careers of Kirk, Spock, and McCoy. The movie starts on the day of Kirk's birth, where he is literally born into an enviroment of excitement and action. The ship is father serves on, and his mother lives on, is under attack. Kirk, true to his nature, arrives even as the ship is over-whelmed. If I go too much more into it, I will really be getting into big spoilers. You can read more here. I have had numerous requests for me to put my "Ask The Experts" section back up, and even more for me to write more. So, I have started scripting more.
